The time it was my 2 year blogiversary

Posted November 15, 2013 by Stacee in Giveaways / 69 Comments

Well.  It’s been another year. [Technically, it was a year on 10/26, but whatever.]

This year has been a little different from my first year of blogging.  I hit some pretty major [for me] milestones, expanded into author interviews and blog tours as well as being invited to be a Throne of Glass Ambassador by Bloomsbury and the designated blogger for Macmillan. Twice.  Not to mention all of the new and awesome friends I’ve made and authors I’ve stalked found.

And seriously, you guys, I can’t thank you enough.  You’ve come along with me on this crazy, amazing ride and I wouldn’t still be doing this if it wasn’t for all of you.  Extra special thanks to the few of you who have been with me from the beginning…your support means everything to me.

Now, let’s get to the good stuff, yes?

We can’t have a blogiversary celebration without a giveaway and I think this one is pretty good.  I’ve been hoarding these books through out the year, with this in mind.  I give you…. my blogiversary arcstravaganza!

Up for grabs to one winner are the following signed arcs:

Icons by Margaret Stohl
Asylum by Madeleine Roux
Tandem by Anna Jarzab
Crewel  and Altered by Gennifer Albin
SYLO by DJ MacHale
School Spirits by Rachel Hawkins
The Program by Suzanne Young
Let the Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger
MILA 2.0 by Debra Driza
Parallel by Lauren Miller
Reboot by Amy Tintera

This giveaway is US only. [I went back and forth with the idea of offering INT with the stipulation that the winner pays for some of the shipping cost. And while it seems shitty, it would be necessary with this stack of books. If you’re international and you want to enter, email me and we can discuss it.]

As always, the rules are listed on the “terms & conditions” of the Rafflecopter widget.

Before I let you loose to run amok and enter, stand there and let me hug you.

**Good Luck!!**

I'd have to say probably Crown of Midnight, but it's close with Clockwork Princess and Allegiant. Generally my favorite books in a series are the last ones, but Crown of Midnight was SO GOOD! So, yeah–there's my personal fave for you :)

  30. Congratulations! I cannot believe your site is two years old. I don't know what my favorite book this year was–do I ever actually answer any questions? I know I really loved SIX MONTHS LATER by Natalie D. Richards. And I love you.

  31. I actually . . . recognize where that second GIF is from. o_O I just watched Hamlet in my AP Lit class today (we didn't get to finish it, though). Hamlet's shirt cracked the entire class up. It was quite an entertaining set of videos. :D

Anyway, happy blogiversary! One of my favorite books from this year was The Indigo Spell.

  32. Yay for 2 years, Stacee!! Man, I am ever so glad you saw me fangirling over UNBREAKABLE by Liz Norris on Twitter one day! And the rest is history ;-) It has been so wonderful getting to know you. I think (*think*!) I'm almost ready to take the plunge and start a blog of my own, so… guess who's gonna be hearing a LOT from me soon?! Yippee!!

So, favorite books that I've read this year would definitely be THE RAVEN BOYS (gah, can't believe I still haven't read book 2!!), Liz's UNBREAKABLE/UNRAVELING duology, ALL OUR YESTERDAYS by Cristin Terrill, and SPLINTERED by the darling A.G. Howard. And now, ohmigosh wtf I'm dying here what is she doing to me—UNHINGED!! As you know, you “helped me out” with a few of these, and I am forever grateful! You are one amazing gurl!! <3 <3 I love flailing with you :)

Hugs, kisses, and all best wishes!!!

  33. Congrats on 2 years! I'm so happy for you. And thank you for bringing books back into my life.

I had so many good books to catch up on I think it would be impossible to pick just one. The Mara Dyer series, If I Stay/Where She Went, Divergent/Insurgent, Unraveling/Unbreakable, The Program, The Distance Between Us, My Life Next Door and Winger were among them.

  34. Congrats on hitting 2 years, girl! I know how tough blogging can be so I'm excited you've reached the 2-year mark. Good on you! :)

I can never answer this question! But I really enjoyed This is What Happy Looks Like and Winger under the “published in 2013” category and for ARCs, I need everyone to get ready for Since You've Been Gone and To All the Boys I've Loved Before.
